Work alongside our senior designers on real projects from day one — production design, asset prep, system maintenance, and the visual side of product. This is a craft-first apprenticeship, not a coffee run.
What you'll do
- Produce polished visuals from senior direction across products and brand
- Maintain and extend our internal design libraries in Figma
- Prepare engineering-ready assets, specs, and motion references
- Sit in on research and reviews — contribute when you have something to say
- Build a portfolio of shipped work, not just exercises
What we're looking for
- A small but real portfolio — school projects count if the craft is there
- Working knowledge of Figma; bonus for Adobe Suite
- Sharp eye for detail and proportion
- Open to feedback; not afraid to throw work away
- Curious about how digital products are made
Nice to have
- Experience with motion, illustration, or generative tools
- Side projects of any kind
- Some code literacy (HTML/CSS) helps but is not required
