Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day brand design and concept creation tasks
- Allocate resources and monitor the creative process
- Ensure the highest quality of the creative content
- Lead meetings and set expectations for the creative team
- Coach the team in self-organization and promote team spirit
You need to:
- Have at least 2 years of experience
- Be a native Belarusian speaker
- Have perfects hand-drawing skills
- Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have perfect leadership skills
